Questions, answered
How do I get the size right?
Check the size chart on this page and measure your pet's chest (widest part) and back length. Between sizes? Size up — snug is uncomfortable, and a little room means they'll actually keep it on.
Will my pet actually wear it?
These are cut for quick on-and-off in light, breathable fabric, so most pets forget it's on. Start with a short session and a treat — by the second try it's photo time.
Can I wash it?
Yep — gentle cold hand-wash or spot-clean, then air-dry flat. Skip the dryer so the shape and colors stay put.
Will it arrive in time for Halloween?
Order by Monday October 5 on standard shipping and it lands before Halloween. It ships in 1–3 business days and arrives in about 10–20 days, tracked — express is 7–12 days if you're cutting it close.
What if it doesn't fit?
You've got 30 days. If the fit's off or your pet isn't feeling it, we'll make it right — no drama.
